Contract Templates
Overview
Contract Templates allow you to create reusable contract frameworks that save time and ensure consistency across similar agreements. Instead of creating each contract from scratch, templates provide pre-formatted documents with standard clauses, signature fields, and formatting.

Q: Can't find my template A: Check filters and search. It may be archived. Verify you have permission to view it.
Q: Template has outdated legal language A: Create new version with updated language. Archive old version. Update any active contracts manually.
Q: Signature fields don't appear in right location
A: Use signature field placeholders [SIGNATURE_FIELD_1] in template. Configure exact placement when creating contract from template.
Q: Need to use template for different regions A: Clone the template and create region-specific versions. Use clear naming like "NDA Template - US" and "NDA Template - EU".
